Additional Leave Policy 
Whether you need it for jury duty, bereavement, or to vote, employees are eligible for additional leave, when necessary. This policy also includes the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Casual Attire (Office) 
All employees should maintain a certain level of professionalism, while dressing comfortably and casually throughout the week. Uniforms are available for shop employees for a small cleaning cost.

FAQ

Yes, the positions with Hennig Power Protection are full-time positions—and with significant job security! We have orders booked until 2026, so if you're in it for the long haul, so are we. If there are part-time positions, they will be marked as such in the job description.

Hennig Power Protection is hiring for all shifts - first, second, and third.

Shop Positions: Jeans/work pants and a non-offensive t-shirt paired with steel-toe shoes 

Office Positions: Slacks/Kahkis, a button-down shirt, and closed-toe dress shoes

These power generators are relied on to protect things like data centers that house computing power for companies such as Amazon and Google.
